Fundraising Event Support Volunteer (Cardiff Half Marathon)

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic volunteers to help cheer on our runners in the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 4th October.

Join us at the Wales Millennium Centre on Sunday 4th October 2026 at 9am to support our amazing runners who are taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon. The course runs from Cardiff Castle to the Principality and Cardiff City Stadiums, before heading down to Penarth Marina. The route then takes runners along the beautiful waterfront before passing the iconic Millennium Centre, up towards Roath, looping the Roath Park Lake before heading back towards the Cardiff Castle for an epic finish.

The Epilepsy Action cheer point will be located at the Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay.

Every year thousands of runners take on the challenge raising vast sums of money so that we can support more people living with epilepsy. With your generous support we will be cheering on a team of around 15 runners taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon and raising vital funds to support people living with epilepsy. Your support on the day will help give the Epilepsy Action team that extra spring in their step to achieve their goal.
